However, I know license terms can be confusing and unwieldy to read, so please take a look at the overview below for something easier to understand!
License Overview
1. You may use Skara Digital Studio resources in multiple personal and commercial projects.
Here are some examples of commercial projects: A social media graphics package you sell to a client, an original design you sell on a print-on-demand platform like Redbubble or Society6, a branded stationery suite you sell to a business that includes items like logos, letterheads, and business cards.
2. You must create end products that are significantly different from the items you purchased by incorporating them into an original design.
In other words, your purchased items must be combined with other graphic elements (e.g. textures, overlays, text, backgrounds, illustrations) in a broader creative work. You may not use Skara Digital Studio resources stand alone. For example, textures and patterns may be used as backgrounds that form part of a wider design, as an overlay, or to fill a specific area within your design.
3. When you create your original design, you must ensure that third parties cannot extract the purchased item.
You can do this by making sure your final artwork is flattened without layers or transparency (e.g. as a JPEG), and that graphic elements overlap each other (i.e. can't be easily traced and cut out).

4. You may sell up to 5000 units of your end products if they use Skara Digital Studio graphics.
However, you may sell unlimited units of your end products if they only use my Photoshop brushes and pattern files. However, these tools may only be installed on devices you use personally (e.g. your desktop computer, laptop, and mobile device).
5. You may not under any circumstance resell, share, sub-license, or otherwise redistribute a purchased item
For example, you may not redistribute purchased items in an app, online database, web template, as stock, with source files, or in any manner not incorporated into an original design.
6. All Skara Digital Studio products are sold under a Single User License Agreement.
This means that if you buy a license to my products, only you can use and have access to the graphics.
7. You may not under any circumstances claim copyright of artwork you purchase from me, or of artwork that uses my products (even logos).
Because my products are non-exclusive, that means other people can also purchase and use the same items you've bought. As such, you cannot copyright any designs that include my products.
