1. Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

Because my goods are digital listings that can be instantly downloaded after purchase, there are no refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please message me if you have any questions about a product and whether it's right for you before purchasing!

 

2. Payment

Gumroad accepts PayPal and a variety of credit cards, which you can see a list of here. In addition to PayPal and credit cards, Etsy also accepts debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay (details here).

 

3. Delivery

Downloadable files will be instantly available to you after your purchase. On Gumroad, you'll receive direct access to ZIP files that contain your items.

 

On Etsy, things are a bit different because they have a very low attachment threshold for downloadable files (only 20 mb!). So instead, you will receive a PDF document containing a Dropbox link for downloading your file(s). You DO NOT need a Dropbox account for this! Please take a look at my Download FAQ for further details.

4. Promotional images

Though I do my best to ensure that product colours are portrayed accurately in promotional images, please be aware that digital displays (whether a computer monitor, phone, or tablet screen) have variable colour calibration. As such, the colours in your purchased files may vary slightly from the promotional images.
